Really cool place! Unfortunately, you can’t explore it.
The place is condemned and therefore close to the public but Adidas rented it for a private corporate party. My team worked covert protection for the event. The place is a beautiful place, full of graffiti everywhere it screams Miami history. It is a shame the city cannot get to an agreement with the local government and residents so the place can be remodeled and put to use like in the 90's.
Arrived for a seafood festival event only to find parking was $25. This wasn't announced on the event site. Not a good way to do business.
